What You'll Do:
Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in their homes. Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans. Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and lifestyle changes. Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Connecticut. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. A minimum of one year of experience in physical therapy, home health experience is a plus. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
