Job description Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Physical Therapist and make a meaningful difference in patients' lives by helping them regain mobility, reduce pain, and achieve their rehabilitation goals. In this vital role, you will assess individual needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and guide patients through therapeutic exercises and interventions. Your expertise will empower patients to restore their independence and improve their quality of life through compassionate, evidence-based care. Duties Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities, limitations, and goals to establish effective treatment plans. Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation to promote healing. Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies to optimize outcomes. Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, proper body mechanics, and home exercise programs to support ongoing recovery. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans and ensure seamless patient management. Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with healthcare regulations. Promote a positive environment that encourages patient engagement, motivation, and adherence to therapy protocols. Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; licensure or certification as required by state law. Proven experience in outpatient rehabilitation, hospital settings, or specialized clinics is preferred. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and evidence-based therapeutic techniques. Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and motivate patients of diverse backgrounds. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
