At Youtherapy Wellness & Physical Rehab in Milford, Connecticut , you will provide focused, one-on-one Physical Therapy without overlapping appointments or high-volume scheduling. You will have 40-minute appointments, dedicated support staff, clinical autonomy, and a consistent Monday-Friday schedule that allows you to focus on delivering excellent care. Our growing practice bridges the gap between rehabilitation and long-term wellness. You will help patients recover from orthopedic, neurological, balance, mobility, chronic pain, and age-related conditions while building the strength and confidence needed to remain active. This gives you the time to: Complete thoughtful and thorough evaluations Understand each patient's condition, goals, and lifestyle Use your clinical reasoning to develop individualized plans of care Provide hands-on treatment and therapeutic exercise Educate patients and their families Monitor progress and adjust treatment intentionally Build strong relationships that improve trust and engagement Help patients achieve meaningful, lasting outcomes Patients remain with the same licensed Physical Therapist throughout their care, supporting stronger relationships, better continuity, and a more consistent treatment experience. The clinic operates Monday through Friday with no weekends or on-call responsibilities. Your contribution will matter. Your care may focus on:
Restoring strength and mobility Improving balance and reducing fall risk Increasing independence with daily activities Managing chronic pain and physical limitations Supporting recovery from orthopedic conditions Improving movement and function following neurological conditions Building confidence with activity and exercise Preventing future decline or reinjury Helping patients remain active within their community Your Typical Schedule This is a full-time Physical Therapist position with a typical schedule of: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM No weekends No on-call responsibilities This consistent schedule is designed to support excellent patient care and a sustainable Physical Therapy career. What You Will Do As a Physical Therapist, you will: Complete comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations Develop individualized plans of care Provide one-on-one, evidence-based treatment Use hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional activities Treat orthopedic, neurological, balance, mobility, and chronic conditions Educate patients and families about treatment and recovery Monitor patient progress and update plans of care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with clinicians and support staff Help patients transition from rehabilitation into long-term wellness Build meaningful relationships with patients and community members Contribute ideas that support the continued growth of the practice What We Are Looking For We are looking for a Physical Therapist who: Holds a current Connecticut Physical Therapist license or is eligible to obtain one Has graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program Values individualized, patient-centered care Uses strong clinical reasoning and sound professional judgment Communicates clearly and compassionately Enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients Takes ownership of patient progress and outcomes Works well within a collaborative, small-team environment Is committed to continued learning and professional development Wants to make a positive impact within the Milford community Both new graduate and experienced Physical Therapists are welcome to apply.
