Key Qualifications:
Valid state license/certification in Physical Therapy Previous experience or strong interest in pediatric/school-based PT Ability to assess and develop individualized treatment plans for elementary-aged students Strong communication skills with students, educators, and families Enthusiastic, organized, and collaborative approach
Role Responsibilities:
Provide targeted physical therapy services two days per week on a part-time contract basis Manage an elementary caseload: evaluate, treat, and monitor students with varying physical needs Collaborate with teaching staff on classroom modifications and activity adaptations Contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and maintain thorough documentation Encourage student progress through engaging interventions tailored to functional and educational goals
