Our 5,000-square-foot facility is designed to cater to the needs of athletes and active individuals, utilizing the latest advancements in sports medicine. We pride ourselves on our warm and welcoming environment and our commitment to patient-centered care, accepting a variety of private health insurance providers to enhance accessibility to our services. Work Environment As a Physical Therapist at Agile Touch Physical Therapy, you will be working onsite in a professional and collaborative atmosphere. Our team consists of two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA), fostering a cooperative environment where ideas and strategies can be shared effectively. Our facility is equipped with cutting-edge technology and ample space for both traditional and innovative therapeutic modalities. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient goals and needs. Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, ensuring all interventions are evidence-based. Manage a patient load of 2-3 individuals per hour, providing dedicated and focused care. Design and modify individualized fitness and wellness regimens based on each patient's unique condition and recovery goals. Apply advanced manual therapy techniques as necessary and educate patients on exercises to enhance mobility and strength. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create a holistic approach to patient care. Track and analyze treatment results, adjusting care plans as needed to optimize patient outcomes. Document all patient interactions and care provided accurately in our electronic medical record (EMR) system, specifically using WebPT. Encourage and motivate patients throughout their treatment to reach their highest functional potential. Continuously seek out and implement alternative therapies to reduce reliance on prescription medications. Patient Population / Client Focus Our facility caters primarily to an active population, including athletes and individuals seeking rehabilitation from injuries or surgeries, particularly in an orthopedic outpatient setting. We focus on empowering our clients to regain their independence and return to their desired activities, whether it's completing a daily task or excelling in sports. Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. Valid state Physical Therapist License with no disciplinary actions or restrictions. Strong manual therapy skills and hands-on treatment capabilities. Proficient in using EMR software, specifically WebPT, for accurate documentation and patient tracking. Preferred Experience Previous experience working with orthopedic patients in an outpatient setting is highly valued. Experience in implementing various therapeutic modalities and fitness regimens tailored to patient needs.
