Qualifications & Experience:
Active Connecticut (CT) state license in Physical Therapy Previous experience working in a school-based setting is required Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to adapt therapy plans to meet diverse student needs Positive attitude and commitment to student success
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students Implement therapy sessions in accordance with IEP goals and state guidelines Work closely with special education staff, teachers, and families to ensure cohesive support and goal achievement Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and treatment sessions Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating to adjust plans as necessary
