We are seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist to join our team in the Waterbury, CT area . Position Summary The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs for patients receiving home health services. Our patient population primarily consists of elderly Medicare and Medicaid patients recovering from hospitalization or managing chronic conditions. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives.
