Solvara Partner Services is expanding our Hartford County coverage , and we're looking for Physical Therapists who want a consistent caseload, flexible schedule, and patients concentrated within a manageable territory. Whether you're looking for a full-time caseload or simply want to add a few patients per week close to home , we'd like to talk. Why therapists work with Solvara Full-time and per diem opportunities Flexible scheduling — organize your visits around your day Hartford County-focused territories Patients grouped geographically whenever possible Consistent referrals and opportunity to grow your caseload Competitive per-visit compensation Administrative support without unnecessary micromanagement Ability to take on additional patients when you want more volume We understand that in home care, your territory matters . A few extra visits aren't worth it if you're spending the day driving from one end of Connecticut to another. Our goal is to build your caseload within an area that actually makes sense. Already working in home health? Even better. You don't have to leave your current position to talk with us. If you have room in your schedule for 5-10 additional visits per week in Hartford County , we may be able to build a caseload around your availability.
