Job Description

Category Schools - PT Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract position supporting the educational journey of elementary-age students as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). Set in a collaborative school environment, you'll provide dedicated care to a small caseload of 3 students ranging from Kindergarten through 6th grade, helping them thrive throughout the academic year. The role begins in August 2026 and offers flexible scheduling with a minimum commitment and the opportunity for up to five hours weekly—perfect for professionals seeking meaningful, manageable work.
Desired Qualifications:
Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Experience delivering therapy services in school settings preferred Knowledge of pediatric physical therapy principles and best practices Strong communication skills to engage with students, teachers, and families Ability to develop and adapt individualized intervention plans
Key Responsibilities:
