Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required Master's Degree in Physical Therapy preferred Clinical experience preferred — new grads encouraged to apply Active Florida Physical Therapist license (AHCA - Division of Medical Quality Assurance) Current

AHA BLS CPR
