Job Description

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate, licensed Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based outpatient rehabilitation services. In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy to restore function, mobility, and quality of life. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team in a supportive, patient-first environment that values clinical excellence, respect, and teamwork. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and perform comprehensive musculoskeletal and functional assessments Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based plans of care Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention Document care accurately and timely in the EMR system Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare team members Manage a diverse outpatient caseload including orthopedic, sports, and workers' compensation patients Track outcomes and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress Participate in continuing education, mentorship, and clinical development programs Contribute to a collaborative, patient-first clinic culture aligned with CORA's values Required Skills Patient evaluation and examination Developing individualized PT plans of care Manual therapy techniques Therapeutic exercise prescription Neuromuscular re-education Orthopedic and sports rehabilitation Post-surgical rehabilitation Gait and balance training Use of physical modalities (e.g., e-stim, ultrasound) Outcome measurement and documentation (EMR)
