The clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation tools and technologies, allowing for effective treatment strategies that enhance the rehabilitative process. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities and limitations, informing effective treatment strategies. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans, utilizing evidence-based practices to support optimal recovery outcomes. Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure goals are met and documented accurately. Educate patients and their caregivers on therapeutic techniques and exercises to promote self-management and long-term well-being. Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless continuum of care for all our patients. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgery, athletes with sports-related injuries, and seniors seeking to maintain their physical independence. Your work will encompass various physical therapy modalities, focusing on tailored treatment for each patient's specific condition and goals. Strong interpersonal communication will be essential as you build trusting relationships and empower patients through their recovery. Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field; a Master's in Physical Therapy is preferred. A valid Florida Physical Therapy License or eligibility to obtain. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathy and effective communication. Possess excellent time management abilities to efficiently handle a varied caseload. Preferred Experience At least 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy, demonstrating proficiency in treatment methodologies. Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care processes. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to efficiently document evaluations and treatment plans. Compensation and Benefits This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from
USD 85,000
to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
