Minimum Requirements Doctoral, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from a program accredited by the APTA or equivalent accrediting body. Active Florida PT license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in outpatient settings preferred. Ability to perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress according to clinic and payer requirements. Must be able to spend majority of time at the Boynton Beach clinic and be willing to travel to a West Boynton Beach clinic as needed. Open to both PT and PTA candidates when applicable. PT or PTA licensure and scope of practice must meet state requirements.
