Physical Therapist (PT): Full-Time$50/HourMultiple Loveland Center Campuses Loveland Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. In this role, you'll provide individualized therapy services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping each person achieve greater strength, mobility, independence, and overall quality of life.
What Youll Do:
Provide direct physical therapy care based on individualized assessments and functional needs.

Develop and implement personalized Plans of Care to help patients reach their highest level of functional independence.

Reassess progress regularly and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and support staff.

Document evaluations, progress notes, goals, treatments, and physician orders per organizational requirements.

Ensure all therapy practices follow established standards of care and Loveland policies.

Supervise and delegate tasks to Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs).Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive treatment environment.

Participate in ongoing professional development, in-service training, and community outreach when appropriate.
