Cypress Cove Care Center, Crystal River, FL Cypress Cove Care Center has been a trusted healthcare provider in Citrus County for over 35 years, offering exceptional subacute rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and therapy services. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team, helping patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life through personalized care. Compensation starting at $40/hr for FT and $50/hr for PRN, will increase based on years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients based on their physical therapy needs. Provide hands-on physical therapy to help patients recover mobility, strength, and function. Implement therapeutic interventions, including exercises, modalities, and manual therapy techniques. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, nurses, and physicians to ensure comprehensive care. Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and long-term health management. Complete documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with facility and regulatory standards. Monitor and adjust treatment plans as needed based on patient progress and feedback. Why Cypress Cove?

Qualifications:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Active Florida Physical Therapy license. Proven experience in physical therapy, with a focus on inpatient or outpatient care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for patient-centered care.
