Key Responsibilities:

Deliver one-on-one, high-quality physical therapy sessions focused on orthopedic and sports-related injuries. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and evidence-based practice. Educate and empower patients to take an active role in their recovery and long-term health. Actively seek feedback and participate in regular team learning sessions to continually improve clinical and communication skills. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless patient experience. Participate in community outreach, workshops, and educational events as needed. Contribute to clinic growth by building rapport and trust with patients, leading to word-of-mouth referrals.

Qualifications:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. Active Florida PT license (or eligibility to obtain). Minimum 1-2 years of outpatient ortho/sports experience preferred . New grads with strong clinical rotations or athletic backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for helping people achieve their lifestyle and activity goals. Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to grow professionally. Experience in a cash-based setting is a plus, but not required.
