$105,000-$125,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus Structure Practice with Autonomy — Without the Burden of Building a Clinic Alone We are an expanding Interventional Pain Management practice seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Physical Therapist who wants the freedom to build and grow a thriving patient base while having the support, referrals, infrastructure, and resources of an established medical practice behind them. You will have the ability to help shape the therapy program, establish long-term patient relationships, and work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary pain management team focused on improving function and quality of life. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients experiencing acute and chronic pain conditions Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans Work collaboratively with interventional pain physicians and medical staff Educate patients on mobility, strengthening, recovery, and injury prevention Maintain timely and accurate documentation Build strong patient relationships and contribute to practice growth Help establish and expand the physical therapy component of the practice Qualifications Active Florida Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain) Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently with a high level of clinical confidence Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to grow within a practice environment Outpatient orthopedic, sports medicine, or pain management experience preferred but not required Compensation & Benefits Base salary of $105,000-$125,000 Performance-based bonus structure with strong upside potential Monday-Friday schedule Established referral base Supportive interdisciplinary environment Continuing education support Paid time off and benefits package Long-term growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding practice Who Will Thrive in This Role This position is best suited for a Physical Therapist who wants more than simply "clocking in and out."
