Full benefits package (health insurance, PTO) CEU allowance Sign-on bonus Potential relocation assistance Flexible scheduling within clinic hours Position Overview A well-established, therapist-owned outpatient orthopedic practice in Delray Beach, FL is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join its growing team. This role is ideal for new graduates or early-career clinicians seeking hands-on mentorship, professional development, and exposure to a diverse musculoskeletal caseload in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Clinic hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-7:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM-6:00 PM , and schedules can be flexible based on your needs. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality physical therapy services for patients with musculoskeletal conditions. Treat a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, athletes, and active Medicare patients. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on sports medicine, spinal dysfunctions, and general orthopedics. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Participate in structured mentorship and ongoing professional development opportunities. Maintain accurate, timely documentation and adhere to clinical best practices. Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and patient-centered clinic culture. Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. New graduate or up to 2 years of outpatient clinical experience preferred. Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient engagement skills. Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
