Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Therapist - Hospital - PT) Current, valid state licensure for Physical Therapy or eligibility to obtain Experience in an outpatient or hospital setting preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to upholding ethical standards and regulatory guidelines Ability to create functional treatment plans and modify as needed

Responsibilities:

Complete comprehensive patient evaluations, develop and implement individualized care plans, and regularly assess progress Perform timely, accurate, and compliant documentation Delegate and direct therapy services for assigned patients Educate patients, families, students, and team members Support organizational safety initiatives and compliance policies Participate in performance improvement and professional growth activities
