Physical Therapist (PT) — Part-Time or Full-Time | Outpatient /
Community Fitness Setting Location:
Estero, FL (with optional additional coverage in Naples, FL)

Competitive, commensurate with experience — W2 or 1099 based on your preference About the Role We're a growing mobile and community-based rehabilitation practice seeking a skilled, hands-on Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality outpatient care inside two community fitness centers in Estero, FL. The two locations are roughly 3-4 miles apart (about a 10-minute drive), giving you a compact, low-commute schedule serving an active, engaged adult population. Prefer full-time? This role can be built up to a full schedule by also splitting time across two additional locations in Naples, FL — so whether you're looking for part-time flexibility or full-time hours, we can make it work. This is an ideal fit for a PT who values one-on-one, manual care over the volume grind of a high-throughput clinic. We're looking to bring someone on starting September 21, 2026 . What You'll Do Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy to an active adult population Complete thorough evaluations and build individualized treatment plans Deliver hands-on manual therapy with an orthopedic focus Document accurately and coordinate with referral sources as needed What We're Looking For Active (or eligible) Florida PT license — DPT or equivalent Strong outpatient background with excellent clinical reasoning Proficiency in manual therapy and orthopedics Available to start September 21, 2026 Self-directed, personable, and comfortable working across multiple nearby locations Nice to Have (Not Required) Dry needling certification Cupping / myofascial decompression experience Experience with active-aging or 55+ populations
Schedule & Compensation Part-time:
20-25 hours per week across 2-3 days, on a consistent weekly schedule
Full-time:
additional hours available by covering two locations in Naples, FL Consistent weekly schedule beginning September 21, 2026 W2 or 1099 — whichever structure works best for you Competitive rate based on experience How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed.
