An established healthcare practice in Fort Lauderdale is looking for a Florida-licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist who wants to build or expand an independent practice within our existing office. This is not a traditional employment position . It is a practice-within-a-practice opportunity designed for an entrepreneurial clinician who wants the autonomy and growth potential of private practice with much of the infrastructure already in place. Walk Into an Operational Practice Rather than starting with an empty office, you'll have access to: Open treatment area with three treatment tables Private examination room for evaluations and treatments requiring privacy Space for therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation Front desk and administrative support staff Full electronic health record (EHR) system Scheduling support and infrastructure Billing support Payment processing Professional reception and waiting area Wi-Fi and utilities Restroom facilities On-site parking Storage for equipment and supplies Ability to bring in additional PT/OT-specific equipment based on your specialty Additional equipment needs can be discussed based on the type of practice you want to develop. Who This Opportunity Is For This may be an excellent fit for: A PT or OT who has considered starting a private practice but doesn't want to start from zero An employed therapist ready for greater professional and financial independence A mobile or home-health therapist looking for a permanent clinical location An established independent therapist who wants to eliminate the overhead and administrative burden of maintaining a standalone office A cash-based or out-of-network practitioner An orthopedic or sports PT A vestibular, neurological, or concussion-focused therapist A pelvic health PT A hand or upper-extremity OT Another PT/OT specialty compatible with the existing clinical environment Maintain Your Independence Without Doing Everything Yourself You will maintain your own independent clinical practice and professional autonomy while having access to the infrastructure and support needed to operate efficiently. Our goal is to remove many of the barriers that prevent talented clinicians from going into private practice: office overhead, staffing, technology, billing infrastructure, scheduling systems, and startup costs. You can spend more of your time treating patients and developing your practice instead of building an administrative operation from the ground up. The financial arrangement will be structured as a percentage-based practice fee subject to a monthly minimum , allowing the arrangement to scale as the practice grows. Specific terms will be discussed with qualified candidates. Interested? Please apply with a brief introduction including: Your PT or OT background and area of specialization Your current practice or employment situation Whether you currently have an independent patient base The type of practice you would like to build Your anticipated days/hours of practice Any specialized space or equipment you would require Active Florida PT or OT license required.
