Physical Therapist, Per Diem

Home Bound Care is a Medicare-certified home health agency proudly serving patients throughout Broward and Miami-Dade Counties. As our agency continues to grow, we are seeking compassionate and dedicated Per-Diem Physical Therapists (PT) to join our team of healthcare professionals. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for completing initial patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with other members of the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care. We offer competitive per-diem rates and the opportunity to work one-on-one with patients in a more personalized home care setting.
