Job Description

Category Schools - PT Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students as a dedicated Physical Therapist providing contract services in an educational setting near Freeport, FL. This full-time opportunity (37.5 hours per week, with possible flexibility for slightly fewer hours) spans the 2026-2027 school year, starting August 3, 2026, and concluding May 28, 2027. You'll work across multiple campuses, ensuring a dynamic and engaging professional experience. You'll lead direct therapy services, collaborate with a supportive team, and play a key role in supervising Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs). Your skills will help students overcome challenges, achieve their goals, and increase their participation in school activities.
Qualifications:
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Florida (or eligibility to obtain) Previous experience in school-based or pediatric physical therapy (preferred) Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, and implement therapy programs for a diverse student population Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience supervising PTAs a plus, with the ability to provide clear guidance and support Flexibility to work effectively across multiple campus environments
Responsibilities:
