Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Physical Therapist for a full-time, on-site opportunity in Gainesville, Florida. New graduates are welcome to apply and must hold the required state Physical Therapist license.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Physical Therapist evaluates patient needs and develops individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and the care team. This role focuses on restoring mobility, reducing pain, supporting independence, and helping patients achieve meaningful recovery goals following illness, injury, or surgery.

COMPENSATION

$65,000

•100,000 annual salary range Compensation is based on years of experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Evaluate patient abilities and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and the care team. Deliver evidence-based interventions designed to restore movement, reduce pain, and improve quality of life. Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as appropriate. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment and outcomes. Educate patients and families on exercise programs, adaptive techniques, and safe practices that support independence. Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support coordinated patient care and recovery transitions. Mentor therapy assistants or students as applicable while maintaining clinical and professional standards.

Requirements:

Requirements State Licensed Physical Therapist

REQUIRED

New graduates are welcome but must already hold the required Physical Therapist license

REQUIRED

Vocational School Graduate

REQUIRED

Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

REQUIRED

Ability to work full-time and on-site in Gainesville, FL
