Role:
An outstanding opportunity is available for a skilled Physical Therapist with a focus in hand and orthopedic services to join a growing hospital-based team in North Central Florida. This role offers the chance to provide specialized care in a supportive environment while working with patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, and orthopedic conditions.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for hand and orthopedic patients. Provide therapy to improve strength, function, and mobility. Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other rehab professionals for comprehensive care. Educate patients and families on recovery strategies and preventive practices. Maintain detailed documentation according to hospital and regulatory standards.Qualifications:
Licensed (or eligible) Physical Therapist in the state of Florida. Previous experience in hand therapy and/or orthopedic care strongly preferred. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and patient engagement skills. Commitment to professional growth and continuing education. What sOffered:
