This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate, motivated clinician who enjoys helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. At Coastal Orthopedics, you'll work alongside experienced orthopedic providers and a dedicated clinical team while providing high-quality care in a modern outpatient setting. Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and quality of life. Treat a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate. Educate patients and families on exercises, injury prevention, and home treatment programs. Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary care team to support optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Provide an exceptional patient experience through compassionate, professional care. What We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Current Florida Physical Therapist license in good standing. Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and communication skills. Commitment to patient-centered care. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Orthopedic or outpatient experience preferred.
