Up to $53 per hour Join Our Team! The Rehabilitation Center of Winter Park in Maitland, FL is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our interdisciplinary care team. In this role, you will provide high-quality rehabilitative services that help residents improve mobility, regain independence, and enhance their overall quality of life. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, gait, balance, and posture. Fit and train residents in the use of adaptive equipment such as orthotics and prosthetics. Apply appropriate therapeutic modalities based on diagnosis and functional ability. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and rehabilitation team members to deliver coordinated care. Monitor resident progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate documentation. Educate residents and caregivers on therapy techniques and home exercise programs. Participate in interdisciplinary care plan meetings. Supervise and mentor therapy assistants and support staff as needed. Assist with maintaining therapy equipment and supplies. Qualifications Active, unrestricted Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license required. Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment. Passion for working with seniors and improving quality of life through rehabilitation.
