The Hale Hand Center is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist to join our team in Melbourne, Florida, or a Full-time Physical Therapist to float between both Melbourne and Rockledge locations. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians, including Certified Hand Therapists (CHTs), in a collaborative and patient-focused orthopedic setting. The Hale Hand Center is a highly respected and established group of outpatient orthopedic clinics serving Melbourne and Rockledge, Florida. We specialize in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation, and our team of Certified Hand Therapists represents the highest level of expertise in treating conditions of the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. In addition to hand therapy, our clinics provide comprehensive physical therapy services to support patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgery, and movement disorders. Job Description As a Physical Therapist at The Hale Hand Center, you will: Evaluate patients to assess physical condition, functional limitations, and symptoms Identify movement dysfunction and develop individualized treatment plans Guide patients through therapeutic exercises to restore strength and mobility Provide manual therapy, therapeutic modalities, and other evidence-based treatments Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and outcomes Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and recovery strategies
