We're looking for a compassionate, relationship‑driven part-time Physical Therapist to support residents in one of our premier Assisted Living/Independent Living communities in Naples, FL. What You'll Do Perform comprehensive evaluations of residents' functional status, including mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and activities of daily living (ADL) performance Identify impairments, functional limitations, and safety risks to establish appropriate clinical impressions and care plans Implement fall prevention strategies and therapeutic programs aimed at reducing risk, maintaining function, and preventing decline Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards Uphold our core value of "Doing What's Right" in clinical decision-making, compliance practices, and resident-centered care What We Offer 401(k) with company match Tenure bonus + Referral bonus Drug free workplace Qualifications Current Florida Physical Therapist license 2+ years of clinical experience; prior work in senior living or with older adults is a plus A passion for "Empowering People to Live Younger, Longer."
