Physical Therapist Full Time with sign-on / relocation bonus! $10,000

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at Madison Pointe Care Center in New Port Richey, Florida. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in our rehab department, providing high-quality care to our residents and contributing to the success of our interdisciplinary team.

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

Conduct screenings of residents to determine the need for PT evaluation and/or PT intervention Evaluate residents per physician orders to obtain comprehensive data utilized in developing the PT plan of care Provide PT treatment to residents when indicated per the PT plan of care Provide supervision of PTA's Engage and contribute to the success of the rehab department, IDT, and facility

Physical Therapist Job Qualifications:

Minimum of Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited program A current Florida Physical Therapist License Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Knowledge of Net Health and Point Click Care preferred
