Key Responsibilities Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from orthopedic injuries or surgeries to determine their individual needs and establish tailored treatment plans. Implementing effective therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation to facilitate pain relief and improve mobility. Monitoring and documenting patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Providing education and training to patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises and the use of assistive devices to promote independence. Collaborating with other healthcare providers and specialists to maximize the effectiveness of patient care. Engaging in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices and innovations in physical therapy.
