Work Environment Your role will be based onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center located in Palm Bay, where you will work alongside a talented team of healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of patients upon their initial visit, evaluating range of motion, strength, and functional mobility to create individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs. Implement a variety of therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to address mobility issues, pain management, and rehabilitation following orthopedic procedures. Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on response to therapy and patient feedback. Educate patients and their families about home exercise programs to support recovery efforts and encourage active participation in their rehabilitation process. Qualifications A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Active State licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
