Sports And Orthopedic Specialists P is looking for a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Responsibilities:
Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for orthopedic and sports-related injuries Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to promote recovery Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program Active Florida Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure Experience in orthopedic and/or sports rehabilitation preferred Strong knowledge of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, and rehabilitation protocols Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented clinical environment CPR/BLS certification required or ability to obtain prior to start date
