Job Description
CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Manager Physical Therapist to lead our outpatient rehab team in Healthcare & Medical Services. In this key leadership role, you'll balance hands-on patient care with oversight of clinic operations, staff development, and quality outcomes. You'll deliver evidence-based, personalized physical therapy while guiding a collaborative team in a supportive, patient-first culture. Responsibilities include managing schedules and productivity, mentoring clinicians, ensuring regulatory compliance and documentation accuracy, and partnering with physicians and the community to help patients restore function, independence, and quality of life.
