As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in an environment designed to support teamwork and cooperation. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality, patient-centered care, managing the complete therapeutic process for an assigned group of patients in coordination with physicians and the broader care team. Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop and implement individualized care plans that focus on achieving specific rehabilitation goals, enhancing patient engagement, and ensuring a positive patient experience. Deliver and oversee a majority of the therapeutic interventions required for patients during all stages of their rehabilitation journey. Perform evaluations and treatment interventions that align with the legal scope of practice and professional ethical standards. Assess and evaluate patients' therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional statuses, contributing to the overall care plan formulation. Provide skilled therapeutic care in both the clinic and patients' homes utilizing established procedures and techniques to influence improvements in condition and function. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercise routines, therapeutic appliances, and/or prosthetic devices needed outside of therapy sessions. Prioritize caseloads and collaborate with other staff to determine staffing needs and coordinate patient assignment transfers effectively. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clinic caters to a diverse patient population, encompassing both adults and pediatric patients who require rehabilitation following surgeries, injuries, or chronic pain management. Our focus is on delivering individualized care that meets the unique needs of each patient, helping them improve their physical capabilities and overall quality of life. Qualifications A current and valid Physical Therapy license. A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required; candidates with a Bachelor's degree will also be considered. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of employment. No prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for recent graduates eager to launch their careers in physical therapy. Preferred Experience While no experience is necessary, candidates with internship or clinical rotation experience in orthopedic settings or rehabilitation therapy are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with manual therapy techniques, therapeutic modalities, and patient education strategies will also be beneficial. Compensation and Benefits Our generous compensation package includes a salary range ofUSD 100,000
