Job Description

Category Therapy - Skilled - PT Job Type Contract Step into an impactful role as a Physical Therapist in an established outpatient pediatric clinic near the Port Orange and Daytona Beach area. We're looking for a dedicated clinician to join on a part-time contract basis beginning in August, working 2-3 days per week. In this rewarding environment, your expertise will help support children and their families in reaching their fullest potential.
What you bring:
Current and valid Physical Therapist license (PT) in the state of Florida Previous experience or demonstrated passion for outpatient pediatric therapy strongly preferred Skilled in conducting evaluations, re-evaluations, and developing individualized care plans Strong collaborative skills for working with clinic staff, children, and families Ability to manage a caseload with an emphasis on thorough and timely documentation Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Role highlights: Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and re-evaluations for pediatric clients—the bulk of your schedule will be focused on these critical assessments Develop and implement personalized therapy goals and interventions tailored to each child's unique needs Collaborate closely with families and caregivers to deliver support and education throughout the therapeutic process Work alongside other healthcare professionals in a dynamic, child-centered clinic environment Keep accurate and timely records in compliance with regulatory and clinic guidelines Contribute to a culture that values ongoing learning and professional growth This is a fantastic opportunity to balance flexibility with meaningful clinical work, all while making a difference in the lives of children and their families.
