• Job Description
• As a Physical Therapist at The Hale Hand Center, you will:
• + Evaluate patients to assess physical condition, functional limitations, and symptoms + Identify movement dysfunction and develop individualized treatment plans + Guide patients through therapeutic exercises to restore strength and mobility + Provide manual therapy, therapeutic modalities, and other evidence-based treatments + Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and outcomes + Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and recovery strategies •Practice Setting•+ Outpatient Orthopedics & Physical Medicine + In-person care + Monday - Friday schedule + No weekends + Part-time hours + Flexible schedule •Qualifications•+ Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program + Active Florida Physical Therapist license in good standing + Current CPR certification + Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals + Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities + Self-motivated with a growth-oriented mindset + Passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care •Additional Information•Why Join The Hale Hand Center?
