Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations for clients presenting with orthopedic injuries, utilizing clinical assessment skills to design tailored treatment plans. Deliver hands-on therapy techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, to help patients regain mobility and strength. Monitor patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Educate patients and their families regarding rehabilitation strategies and at-home care techniques to promote ongoing improvement. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to integrate care efforts and achieve cohesive treatment goals. Patient Population / Client Focus Our patient demographics primarily include individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, or chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Our clients range from young athletes to older adults seeking to alleviate pain and restore their physical function. As a Physical Therapist at our facility, you will play a vital role in guiding patients through their rehabilitation journey, tailoring your approach to meet the specific challenges presented by each individual. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida. Strong foundational knowledge in orthopedic rehabilitation practices and techniques. Preferred Experience At least 3 years of clinical experience within a rehabilitation setting, including internships and professional practice. Proven expertise in musculoskeletal assessment and treatment methods, particularly with athletes and post-surgical patients. Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems to facilitate efficient documentation and patient tracking. Familiarity with evidence-based practice guidelines in physical therapy. Compensation and Benefits We offer an attractive salary range of USD $90,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
