Full Job Description Physical Therapist Location:
- Sanford, FL Seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team at a 221-bed acute care hospital and Level II Trauma Center serving Seminole and West Volusia Counties. Schedule Day shift (start between 7-10 AM) 5 days/week, 8-hour shifts Rotating weekends (with weekday time off in return) Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients across the care continuum Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic interventions per physician plan of care Educate patients and families on exercises and mobility techniques Coordinate caseload and collaborate with care teams Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible) Bachelor's degree required New grads welcome BLS certification required within 30 days of hire Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $35.77-$49.18/hr (based on experience) Weekend differential: +$3/hr Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with employer match PTO, family leave, and disability coverage Tuition assistance and certification support Employee wellness and discount programs Sign-on and relocation (case-by-case) We are an equal opportunity employer.
