Physical Therapist (Sign-on bonus $8,000)

Sunrise Health & Rehab Center is looking for a Full-time Physical Therapist to join our team! Put your physical therapy skills to work where they're really needed -evaluate a patient's condition, develop a treatment plan, and help them get better, day by day. You'll also instruct the nursing staff and the patient's families on follow-through programs that build on the progress they've made. Competitive pay. $8,000.00

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate Residents condition and develop an appropriate physical rehabilitation plan. Communicate with residents, families, referring physicians and other members of the team. Provide timely written documentation per facility and department requirements. Develop and maintain physical therapy standards. Meet with administration, medical and nursing staff, as well as other related departments in planning therapy services. Provide timely written documentation as required by insurance provider to meet licensing, certification regulatory, reimbursement requirements and physician treatment plan. Support and participate in department operations and development.

Requirements:

Must be dynamic, team-oriented and enjoys working with a variety of patients. Must have a valid Physical Therapist License in the state of Florida Experience as a PT in long-term care setting preferred.
