Skilled Nursing Facility | Venice, FL The Palms at Venice in Venice, Florida is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, resident-focused environment dedicated to restoring mobility, strength, and independence. Position Responsibilities Evaluate residents and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, balance, strength, and endurance Educate residents and families on safety, mobility, and adaptive techniques Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation Participate in care plan meetings and discharge planning Qualifications Current Florida Physical Therapist license (required) Experience in Skilled Nursing or Post-Acute Care preferred Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to high-quality resident care and outcomes What We Offer Competitive compensation Flexible scheduling options Supportive leadership and interdisciplinary rehab team Stable opportunity in a growing healthcare organization
