CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in our outpatient clinics. In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to restore function, mobility, and independence. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document progress in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards. Responsibilities Evaluate patients using clinical assessments and diagnostic tools to determine functional limitations and therapy needs Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for diverse outpatient populations Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve strength, mobility, and pain management Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and self-management strategies Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care Monitor, reassess, and adjust treatment plans based on patient response and clinical outcomes Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant clinic environment and ensure proper use of equipment Participate in continuing education, mentorship, and professional development activities Contribute to a collaborative, patient-first culture aligned with CORA's clinical and service standards Required Skills Physical therapy evaluation and treatment planning Orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation Manual therapy techniques Therapeutic exercise prescription Neuromuscular re-education Patient and family education Clinical documentation and EMR use Outcome measurement and functional testing Pain management modalities Interdisciplinary care coordination
