Position Overview Restore Wellness Physical Therapy is actively seeking a passionate and skilled full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team in Wellington, Florida. In this role, you will play a crucial part in restoring mobility and optimizing the physical abilities of our patients. Your primary focus will involve assessing, diagnosing, and developing individual treatment plans aimed at enhancing movement capabilities, overall health, and quality of life. Work Environment This position is based onsite at our outpatient office, where you will engage directly with patients in a hands-on environment. We provide a collaborative space equipped with modern therapeutic tools and technology to support both our staff and patients. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a great work-life balance. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify their needs, setting personalized goals for recovery and rehabilitation. Maintain a consistent patient load, providing dedicated, one-on-one sessions to optimize resources and focus on individual outcomes. Administer innovative, cost-effective therapy techniques tailored to enhance patients' range of motion and mobility while minimizing reliance on medication. Develop comprehensive treatment plans that integrate evidence-based practices, alternative therapies, and modern rehabilitation techniques. Create customized fitness and wellness programs specific to each patient's recovery path, ensuring that all interventions are personalized to their unique needs. Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey to promote adherence to prescribed treatments and exercises. Regularly evaluate patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to reflect ongoing results. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care, sharing insights and strategies tailored to patient success. Accurately document all patient interactions and treatments in our electronic medical record (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with medical documentation standards. Patient Population / Client Focus At Restore Wellness, our patient population encompasses a diverse range of individuals seeking recovery from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. You will engage with patients of all ages and backgrounds, helping each person navigate their unique challenges and restore their physical abilities. Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT) from an accredited program. A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida, with no disciplinary actions on record. Expertise in manual therapy techniques, exercise program design, and patient evaluation. Proficiency in using electronic medical records software, such as WebPT, to manage patient information and documentation efficiently. Preferred Experience Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting, with a track record of successful patient outcomes. Advanced skills in implementing rehabilitation protocols and patient education techniques.
