In this vital role, you will assess, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall well-being. Your expertise will help patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or manage chronic conditions within an outpatient clinic. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives through compassionate care and innovative, research based physiotherapy techniques. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine functional limitations and develop tailored care plans. Implement evidence-based physiotherapy interventions such as manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and exercise programs to promote recovery. Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies to optimize outcomes. Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and home care routines. Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, progress notes, and care plans within electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Qualifications Master's or Doctorate degree in Physiotherapy or an equivalent healthcare qualification recognized in your region. Valid licensure or registration as a licensed Physical Therapist. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice. Experience working in outpatient clinics preferred Proficiency with EMR systems for documentation and care coordination preferred. Familiarity with discharge planning processes and developing comprehensive care plans. Hands-on experience in orthopedics, and community-based care is highly desirable.
