Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide exceptional patient care in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate is passionate about restoring mobility, alleviating pain, and improving patients' quality of life through personalized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their needs and recovery goals. Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at pain management, functional restoration, and mobility enhancement. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and their families on exercises, techniques, and lifestyle modifications to promote ongoing wellness and injury prevention. Keep accurate and detailed documentation of treatment progress, goals, and outcomes in accordance with clinical standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Current Physical Therapy license and registration CPR certification. Malpractice/liability insurance (if applicable). Minimum of two years of experience working as a Physical Therapist in a hospital setting.

Shift & Schedule:

Day shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30
