About this role If you have spent time in a skilled nursing building, you know the routine: a productivity number, a documentation backlog you take home, and a schedule that owns you. This is not that job. Stout Healthcare provides outpatient therapy (Medicare Part B) and contract home health services inside senior living communities. You work in one community, or a few close together, you see the same residents over months instead of a new face every week, and you finish your notes in the building before you leave. Our residents are independent and assisted living adults working on balance, strength, pain, and staying in their own apartment instead of moving to the next level of care. It is real work with results you can see week to week. What your day looks like Evaluate and treat your own caseload of older adults, mostly balance, gait, strength, and pain Build plans of care that hold up under Medicare scrutiny (if Part B documentation is new to you, we will teach you, and we are good at it) Document same day, on site, without micromanagement Work alongside the OT, COTA, and SLP on your team plus the community's nursing and wellness staff Teach residents and their families what to do between visits What we are looking for Georgia PT license, or license eligible (the PT Compact works here) A real interest in older adults. Geriatric experience is a plus, but if you are a new grad who wants this population, apply.
