Job Description
Cumming Health and Rehab - PRN Therapy Opportunities We are a skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and helping our residents achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life. We are currently seeking experienced PRN Physical Therapists (PTs), and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our rehabilitation team. Our therapy professionals work collaboratively with nursing, medical, and interdisciplinary teams to evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, provide skilled therapy services, and support safe transitions and functional independence.
