Job Summary Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy - Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards. Responsibilities Provide specialized care for all pelvic floor patients, both male and female. Maintain patient records using the Cerner charting system. Deliver high-quality patient care in a Magnet hospital environment. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop comprehensive care plans. Communicate effectively with patients and families about treatment plans and progress. Adapt to flexible scheduling as needed within the M-F schedule. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting. Current BLS certification and Illinois state PT license required. Experience with pelvic health and managing related patient groups. Familiarity with Cerner charting system preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Compliance with facility and professional standards in care delivery.
