Job description:

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in the Kennesaw, GA area, serving skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. If you have strong clinical skills, thrive in a fast-paced nursing home setting, and take pride in helping residents regain strength and independence, we want to hear from you.

Position Overview:

Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments for residents in skilled nursing facilities Develop and implement individualized care plans Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (nursing, OT, ST, physicians) Complete timely and accurate documentation Educate residents and families on therapy plans and progress

Requirements:

Active Georgia Physical Therapist license Minimum 1 year experience in a nursing home or SNF setting Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid guidelines and skilled documentation Excellent communication and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay:

$69.50 - $70.00 per hour
