We are a pediatric therapy practice dedicated to helping children reach their highest level of independence through individualized, family-centered care. Our clinic provides both traditional physical therapy and intensive physical therapy programs , allowing therapists to work closely with children and families toward meaningful functional goals. We are looking for a PT who loves working with children, values collaboration, and is excited about providing creative, evidence-based treatment in a supportive and positive environment. Position Responsibilities Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with a variety of developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and genetic diagnoses Develop individualized plans of care based on each child's functional needs and family goals Provide both traditional weekly therapy and intensive physical therapy Address gross motor development, strength, balance, coordination, mobility, gait, transitions, and functional independence Utilize therapeutic equipment and adaptive devices as appropriate Complete evaluations, daily treatment documentation, progress reports, and re-evaluations in a timely manner Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers to promote carryover at home Collaborate with other therapists and healthcare professionals involved in the child's care Participate in creating a fun, encouraging, and child-centered therapy environment Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current or eligible for Georgia Physical Therapy licensure Pediatric experience preferred, but therapists with a strong interest in pediatrics are encouraged to apply Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a multidisciplinary team Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful functional goals Why Join Salt Marsh Pediatric Therapy?
